VST plugins by Antti @ Smartelectronix
My interests lie in modeling analog electronics and especially the nonlinearities inherent in them.
The focus is on sound quality, so don't complain if they use more cpu than your typical VST plugins.
All of them use oversampling to avoid aliasing.

ASynth
ASynth is a six voice virtual analog synthesizer featuring two oscillators
and three circuit modelled filters.
The demo version displays a nagscreen
on startup. To remove the nagscreen and enable SSE optimizations, donate.

Taurus (beta 4)
Virtual recreation of famous bass pedals from 70's. Prepare for earth
shattering bass!
Things modelled in beta 4:
- Alias free oscillators
- Finite oscillator reset time
- Nonlinear Moog ladder filter
- Nonlinear VCA
- Nonlinear envelopes (that means solving five non-linear differential
equations, realtime!)
- And of course all the rest of control circuitry at component level

Phase90
Phase90 is recreation of classic guitar pedal MXR Phase90.
This is a proof-of-concept project to see how modeling the distortion of FET-based
phasers affects sound, so don't expect gazillion fancy parameters. I may add stereo
support at some time. Maybe.

Saro
Saro is a tube distortion effect with cabinet modeling.
It's based on AX-84
High Octane guitar amp.
Only the preamp part is modeled. There is also no EQ (yet).
Don't expect Fender-style creamy warmth - Saro goes for full-on crunch
(or insanity with high drive settings).
